Gluten-Free Flour Mix

Ingredients*

  • 2 cups Sorghum flour

  • 2 cups Brown rice flour

  • 1 cup arrowroot starch

  • 1 cup tapioca starch

*Can use any two whole grain flours and any two starches. These are the ones that I have found work the best for most baked goods.

Directions

Pour the 6 cups of flour Into a mixing bowl and blend well.
