Spaghetti & Meatballs

Meatballs

  • 1 ½ pound of ground turkey

  • 1 lb. plant based sausage.

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Dehydrated onions ¼ c.

  • Garlic powder ½ t.

Directions

Mix everything together and make meatballs.Put on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Sauce

  • 2 cans crushed tomatoes (27 oz.)

  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • 4T. Olive oil

  • 3-4 bay leaves

  • Salt pepper to taste

  • Italian spices: thyme, rosemary, oregano

Directions:

Saute garlic in olive oil and then add tomatoes. Add bay leaves and spices and simmer.

Serve with spaghetti squash:

Cut spaghetti squash in half long ways and take out seeds. Place on cooking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until tender. Use fork to fluff the spaghetti meat into noodles. Serve with sauce and meatballs on top.
