Vegan Ranch
Makes about 6 servings
Ingredients
1 ½ cups vegan mayo
3 tablespoons unsweetened non-dairy milk 2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika ( or chili powder)
1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill ( or Dried)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped ( optional)
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend to your desired thickness and creaminess Serve on salad or as a dip
Notes:
If you don’t have fresh dill or parsley, dried is always fine. The dip comes out great without parsley as well.
Omit any spices that you may not have or like, this dressing is very forgiving and has been delicious every time my family has made it!
