Vegan Ranch

Makes about 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups vegan mayo 

  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened non-dairy milk 2 teaspoons garlic powder 

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder 

  • ½ teaspoon salt 

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper 

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika ( or chili powder)

  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill ( or Dried)

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 

  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley chopped ( optional)

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend to your desired thickness and creaminess  Serve on salad or as a dip 

Notes:

  • If you don’t have fresh dill or parsley, dried is always fine. The dip comes out great without parsley as well.

  • Omit any spices that you may not have or like, this dressing is very forgiving and has been delicious every time my family has made it!
