My name is Kaissa Gurvine and I have always been interested in nutrition and being my very best healthy self. That has changed over the years as I have gained knowledge and life experience. I have experience in nutritional counseling and helping people who are working with a Naturopath to achieve their goals with eating for their body type.

I love helping people discover how making changes in how we look at food and preparing it can make such a big difference in our lives.
